The Premiumchalet Karneralm is an exclusive hideaway for discerning guests. Exceptional comfort in the heart of high alpine nature doesn’t have to be out of reach. We offer attractive weekly packages and are happy to prepare personalized offers for shorter or longer stays.

Prices and availability

Weekly prices (7 nights) including bed linen, towels, electricity, water and final cleaning.

The regular arrival and departure day is deliberately FRIDAY. Experience has shown that this is much more relaxed, especially during the peak travel periods in winter and summer.

Alternative arrival and departure days as well as shorter or longer stays on request and subject to availability.

High season
Winter: 08 December - 31 March and Easter holidays
Summer: Every year from Whitsun until 30 September		 € 3.150.- / week
Christmas/New Year's Eve
€ 5.250.- / week
Low season
 € 2.030.- / week

Arrival and departure:

An- und Abreise jeweils Freitag
  • Check-in from 15:00
  • heck-out until 10:00 a.m.


Payment terms:

After the booking confirmation we ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the total price within 10 days. The remaining amount is to be paid until one week before or cash at arrival.

Included in the price:

  • bed linen and towels
  • firewood
  • electricity
  • Baby crib and baby chair
  • local tax
  • final cleaning


Cleaning:

  • Intermediate cleaning or extra towels on request and inquiry

Cancellation conditions:

  • 27 - 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
  • 14 - 4 days before arrival: 75% of the total price
  • from 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total price
