This is how you live!

The Chalet was originally built in 1974 as one of the first houses of the small alpine village by Susanna's grandparents. In 2012, we took over the house and lovingly renovated it inside and out, transforming it into a cozy yet high-end hideaway. Generous 110 square meters of living space offer comfortable space for up to 8 people on two levels. Traditional craftsmanship and natural materials combine harmoniously to create a contemporary, unpretentious interpretation of the alpine lifestyle.

The Good Room

Comfortably eating and sitting together at the dining table, relaxing or reading in the loden cozy corner, warming up at the tiled stove - the spacious, friendly and bright parlor offers plenty of space and a wonderful atmosphere. A real feel-good room!

The Bedrooms

The four bedrooms of the Premiumchalet Karneralm are located on the upper floor. Three of them are equipped with double beds, the fourth with a bunk bed that guarantees restful sleep even for adults. All beds are made to measure by the carpenter from healthy Lungau pine wood.

The Kitchen

Perfectly connected to the living room and the dining area by the open architecture, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The work surfaces are made of leathered granite. All appliances, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, from Miele. And: Thanks to the soft, lime-free spring water, your Espresso, Americano, or Cappuccino will taste better than anywhere else.

The Bathrooms

On both floors there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a bathtub and shower. There is also our high-quality infrared heat cabin. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a spacious walk-in rain shower.

All around

The Karneralm is a fantastic natural jewel at any time of year. From late spring to deep into the golden autumn, it offers pleasure hikers a variety of leisurely tours. In winter, the beautiful snow-covered landscape is perfect for ski tours, snowshoe hikes or just a little walk. Fun in the snow with a bobsleigh or toboggan is also waiting right on the doorstep.
